You won't be able to play that video. Pretty much no one will. I'm not even sure if there is a consumer-grade graphics card that can play such a video in real-time.
If you still wish to render in higher resolutions than 10k, this post will be helpful to you. Note however that the maximum resolution you can render in is limited by your graphics card. On my three year old laptop, that limit is 16k. We once had a special rendering mode which can still produce larger images however it didn't support 360° and there wasn't any real use for it, so we dropped it.
The 10k limit is arbitrary and it's only use is to prevent users form unknowingly putting in gigantic numbers.
