First of all, rename your .tmcpr file to "recording", then copy an already existing mcpr file, then open it with 7-zip or something, and now you just have to put the recording.tmcpr into the mcpr file. That's it!
Edit: Not really sure, if it will actually work, because there is a "duration" thing inside the metadata.json. Try it out anyway.
