I do not fully understand your post, but i will try to give you answer.
The Replay Mod works by recording area around you. It means that every game tick it saves every packet sent to you by the server. The packets sent to you doesn't contain informations about other players like their inventory, mods, launcher etc. But these contain informations like players movement, item in their hand, body rotation, basically everything you can see by yourself but limited by the render distace.
The Replay Mod can't show if other player have minimap or other mod. What it can do is show you your recorded gameplay. In order to catch a hacker using this mod you will need to replay your gameplay, watch players and see if they are hacking, then record them and send evidence to server administration.
