I have done everything as it was given! On the website, this problem is so explained! Nevertheless, these ugly gliches are there !! Please help! I am writing this text into the Google translator, because I'm too lazy to even you translate :D

This post is not helpful at all. You have neither told us what exactly those glitches look like, nor provided a screenshot or similar.
Also, if you're a lazy ass, don't expect to get help here. We're lazy as well.

I don't know why I even reply to such lazy post but probably I have too much time.
Only thing I can think off combining words "crazy" and "glitch" is a problem with AMD graphic card. I will just paste solution from my FAQ
"World is crazy, chunks flashing, people dying.
It's probably Minecraft bug if You have ADM graphic card. Turn VBO option on, lower Your render distance or update drivers."
But because Your description is not helpfull, it may be not what You are looking for...
