Yes, I did read 3.5.6.1 'No FFMPEG installation found'. I tried that and nothings working. I have installed FFMPEG and when I try to render, I can't. I have installed the latest version of FFMPEG on my PC. The directory for my ffmpeg is 'C:\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe.'

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit "6.3.9600 Build 9600"

I did follow a tutorial on how to install it for Windows (since I use Windows):

All you need to do now is to enter Your full path to ffmpeg.exe C:\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe in the left input box on the "Command Line Settings" page of the Render Settings screen.
