    If I go to https://www.replaymod.com/legal/terms I see that section C is missing. Is this normal?

    Then why don't you just make Section D -> C and Section E -> D etc.
    Also if Section C is not on the terms, doesn't it become obsolete from being enforced, if someone did bypass one of the terms in Section C?

    It's just that Section C doesn't exist for some reason, and if we were to change the Terms we'd have to inform every user per E-Mail and so on...
