It's not possible entirely without the Replay Mod.
We once had a way to launch the Mod from the command line, passing some parameters to specify Replay, Path Preset, Render Settings and Output File, which would just render the video without any additional waiting times. However, this did somehow break before the initial release, but we're planning to re-add this in version 1.1.
