You need to upload the picture to imgur or something then add a photo element with a link to the .png :/

lol. Use imgur or puu.sh or lightshot. It needs to be hosted otherwise we can't see it.
As this seems to happen while recording as well, I highly doubt it's the ReplayMod's fault.
Do you have any other Mods (e.g. Optifine, as Pio said) or a special launcher?
I was using a texture pack and Dynamic Lighting mod, removed both and the problem persisted. I am was using 'release 1.8-Forge 11.14.0.1295-1.8' version. Switched to 'release 1.8-Forge11.14.1.1416-1.8' and it now works.
