Hey, so I downloaded the Replay Mod on my Mac, and it didn't load the mod. I tried reinstalling Forge, Minecraft, restarting my computer, and nothing worked. Then, I tried it on my Windows computer and it worked first try. My friend who also has a mac has this problem too.

    Hi there

Is there perhaps anymore information that you can provide, such as a crash log? Is there a specific error that you get, or does Minecraft just not open when you have the mod installed?

CrushedPixel is aware of the issue and is investigating, just hold tight :)

PS: Please PM me with any more information so that I can pass it on to CrushedPixel.

Please try to update your JDK to Java 1.8 and edit your Forge Profile so it starts Minecraft with Java 1.8. Helped several times already :-)

For mac we must have Java 1.8 (http://t.co/wfnrv0hGDu)
    And download Forge 11.14.3.1450 (http://files.minecraftforge.net)
But the launcher is only compatible with Java 6 on mac
    So ...
    1- Edit Profil ( Forge Profil )
    2- Check executable
    3- Type: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_51.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java
    4- Enjoy :)

    Tips:
To check what Java Version you have:
    1. Go to Terminal
    2. Copy + Paste the following "/usr/libexec/java_home -V"
    3. Hit Enter
    4. You should see all the Java Versions you have available to you
    5. If it says, for example "jdk1.8.0_31", then use that version in the file search code above ;D

This was a step I took before I got mine working. Enjoy!

EDIT: I have done some thorough testing with multiple versions, and the Mod accepts basically all 1.8 Forge versions, so you do not need a specified version.

I have Java 8. All that happens is I put the mod in the mods folder, load up Minecraft doesn't load the mod. 3 out of 3 mods loaded. Just the normal Forge stuff.

Did you follow the steps provided by others?

EDIT: How did you make an account if you couldn't even open the Mod up btw?

I got the mod working flawlessly on a Windows computer. And yes, I followed the steps provided by others. As I said in the first post, my friend who has an iMac also has this problem.

That's what came up when I typed in that command in Terminal.

EDIT: When I tried the changing executable thing, my Minecraft gave no game output and wouldn't start. :/

Type this in the Executable: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_45.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java

Thanks, I don't know how this worked when I did the exact same thing earlier, but it worked.

That is because when you used Sir_Mi2ter's demonstration, you were telling Minecraft to use jdk1.8.0_51.jdk to run Minecraft, when you only had the java version "jdk1.8.0_45.jdk". Glad it works now, Happy Recording! :D
