I just render it out, how do I edit it on a program like Vegas or Premiere? Can I?

If you have rendered your video, it should be located in your .minecraft folder. You can drag this (most likely) .mp4 into your video editing software you prefer.

I did it, but I see on the preview like only one image, but it says that it's 30 minutes long. https://gyazo.com/6c780ec36987c2c3cdfbda20059e502f

I don't know if you can use Vegas Pro for Equirectangular (360°) Rendering but even if you can, it is not going to show in the actual Video Player. In order to make in 360° you later on need to inject some metadata so YouTube recognizes it as a 360° video.

So how can I edit it? And what about on Adobe Premiere? It happens the same. How could I edit it without seeing?

Of course it happens the same. I told you that you won't see a 360° effect in your video player.

Ah, now I understand what you mean.
The video is in Equirectangular Projection, which is converted into a 360° video by YouTube. Read more about Equirectangular Projection here.
There is an AfterEffects plugin you can use to convert Equirectangular to Cubic Projection, which is easier to edit. This plugin is called Mettle Skybox.

So there's no easy (and free) way I know of, but this is what worked for me.
