    Hi,

First of all, WOW!, thanks for this awesome mod! I've just started playing around with it, and ReplyMod just enables a ton of possibilities for making interesting videos.

I see in another thread that there are plans to allow adjustment of the keyframes to get smoother paths, so I won't comment on that.

I have an issue where I made a video, but for two small sections of the video (maybe 5 seconds each), the terrain didn't render in. I can get the terrain to somewhat render in in the preview when positioning the camera manually, but it didn't render in the video. Would re-rendinging the video help, or is there perhaps some why to fix this by somehow getting the data from the map file (it is a single player world).

Second, I did a 360 degree export for youtube, but there are no sounds, unlike when I preview to path. I'm assuming this is intentional, but is there a way to add the sounds back in to the video? Perhaps a second pass for the video, where nothing is rendered, but where the audio is captured and then appended to the video?

Thanks for this mod and the answer to these questions.

    1. Could you please upload the Replay File so we can see if it happens for us too.

    2. Yes, sounds are not getting rendered at this point. Might be added at some point though.

I've uploaded the replay file. The path I used is the saved path in the file. Here is the link:
    https://www.replaymod.com/replay/1116

This is what I got when I rendered it:
    http://youtu.be/GBQ4WRnLkMI

You can see at about 1:25 and again at 5:10 in the video, the ground doesn't render for a few chunks.

I also had trouble getting a smooth transition from a normal position keyframe to a spectator keyframe at about 30 seconds into the video (I have serveral others that are fine), but since I saw another thread that more control or a weight factor was being added for that, I don't consider it a big issue. (I only played around with those keyframes for 5 minutes, I probably could have had a better transition if I spent more time on it).

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I'll have a look into it now.

I've experienced really weird behaviours with the replay and it's rendering. I don't have the time at the moment to investigate further, but maybe someone else would like to.

The invisible terrain should be fixed with 1.0.4. Could you verify that?

    Hi,

Well, I've attempted to verify that the terrain is fixed, but is seems that when I render the video (this time I did just a default rendering at potato quality to see if the terrain showed up), the camera follows the first few position keyframes and when it gets to a spectator keyframe, the camera stops moving.

Once I saw this happening in the video, I went back and previewed the camera path, and the same thing happened. The camera stops moving once a Spectator Keyframe is hit. When it gets to another normal position keyframe, it jumps to that location and starts moving again.

In my video, the terrain stopped rendering while following spectator keyframes, so since they aren't working, I cannot tell if the terrain issue is fixed.

Well, I just recorded a new reply with 1.04. Not that same but similar (a ride down a different rail line in that world).

This time there was no issues with spectator keyframes, and there weren't any instances of the terrain not rendering.

So that is good! But it looks like I'll have to redo the previous recording and path as the previous recording doesn't seem to work.

I've added a card for that backwards compatibility thing, we'll see if we can reproduce it and we'll fix it if we can.
