So I uploaded a- 1920x1080 video with the 360 degree effect to youtube and it was low quality, after that someone told me to higher the render resolution to- 4320*2160 and I uploaded it and it is still a low quality video... any suggestions?

well I was wondering if it can get any higher? maybe theres an option to record on something like 8k resolution and than it will look even better

You can record in any resolution your computer can handle (for me that's 16k x 16k and I'm on a 3 years old laptop).
However I don't think youtube currently supports more than 4k in 360° videos so you won't gain anything if you upload a higher resolution video to youtube.
