I fail to see the difference. If you'd played those clips side by side it might be more obvious.
However I know for a fact that the head movements of the recording player are indeed not exactly as they were during recording. This is not a bug but simply a limitation of the way we recording things.
The same does not apply to other players. Their head movement is the same during recording and playback. Therefore I don't think this should be a problem (except you planned on reporting yourself).
Kill aura hacking claims should also be easy to identify as the person using the kill aura usually has to look in a completely different direction for the claim to be reliable, otherwise the chance of it being lag, not a kill aura, is too high.
