Locked FPS - Is there a difference?

    Hello derpy developers,
    I want to ask if there is a visual between 60 FPS and 30 FPS.
    I mean, can you see the difference good or not?

    If you mean when watching a YouTube video - for me there is, I just love the smoothness of 60FPS videos.
    However, if your upload speed is not the greatest and you want to avoid huge video file sizes, 30FPS should do the trick.
