I want to render a video in 59.94 fps (Double NTSC), because sadly my video editor (Sony Vegas Pro) cannot export in 60fps, only 59.94 because of stupid American standards. It's not a big problem to render the Replay video in 60 but then Vegas will try to convert it to 59.94 anyways and it doesn't look as good as when the Replay video was made in 59.94 in the first place. It's just a small useful feature.
I'm fine with it being an advanced option though, like having to edit the number in the replaymod-render.cfg file (currently when you do that, the game crashes when clicking the render button), as most people probably won't need to do this.
