Recording at 4K at 60hz and rendering that at 20mbps produces what looks like lossless quality.
I can't get OBS or anything else to produce anything as good!
How on earth does this mod produce such great quality recordings?
Bitrate isn't everything. Encoder settings are also pretty important to know. Because high bitrate with certain settings can look really bad, while a recording with low bitrate and the right settings can look really impressive.
