Hello, I've experienced a strange glitch when rendering my replays that I was hoping somebody had a fix for. Whenever I render a replay, the final video comes out with a glitched border that I can't seem to fix. It looks like this:

I understand that the Windows video player often leads to weird glitches, so I've tried viewing the same video from my editing software as well as YouTube. In addition, I've tried rendering the same replay with different bitrates but the same thing happens. Here are some other details about my game that may be important:
- Minecraft Java 1.14.4
- The video resolution is 1920 * 1080
-Default Rendering
- I have fabric-api-0.3.2+build226-1.14.4
-I'm using Optifine and OptiFabric-0.5.2
