When I watch a replay playback, the second I leave the original Chunk I was in and my character moves to another one, the replay just bugs out and all I see is my characters arm gui and a black screen.

Your description does not match the video.

In the video I fast forward the replay, upon doing that I fast forward to the parts when I leave the chunk I was in. Once leaving the chunk the video stops rendering the new chunk. Keeping in mind that I did enter these new chunks while playing. I don't know why this issue started to happen.

You clearly leave the original chunk far before jumping though. e.g. at 0:34 you're at x=-51, two seconds later you're at x=-67 which is in a different chunk.

Now for some reason, in the start I can see myself and other ppl, but after I fast forward I cant see anyone or even the chunk, just black. And sometimes I can only see other people and not myslef, and others just myself and not other ppl ? I don't understand at all.
