when i am tring to render with mp4 i get the color issus, so i am using webm but every time i render it's not the size i want it to be or it's 4.5g-5g or 30mb-200mb, and i want it to be around 1g-2g but no matter what i type in the bitrate section it always around 4.5g-5g or 30mb-200mb.what should i do?(1080p,60fps)

The color issues are most likely a fault in the video player and not actually the video file. Try using a different player or uploading it to YouTube.
No idea about the file size.

i tried another format and it still didn't work but in premire it's buty so ty i guess
