I get this error in Homebrew

    Spoiler: In Homebrew

Have any suggestions? Can someone elaborate in detail the other way to install FFmpeg? The help section is very undetailed in explaining the other method of the installation.

Maybe It's because of El Capitan (Trust me I'm a mac user too) maybe FFMPEG or Homebrew doesn't support El Capitan yet (Probably FFMPEG).

That's what I'm starting to think to be honest, because I don't know what's going on.

I followed this tutorial and was running ffmpeg and could do all the different ffmpeg commands in Terminal, but then after a few minutes I go back to Terminal and it stops working, acting if the command doesn't exist.

This is not the Homebrew support forum. We are not experts with Homebrew.

Firstly, do NOT EVER EVER EVER update your OS X until you are 100% certain all your day to day applications and softwares are compatible with that OS X, I learned to hard way (Yosemite Adobe).

For Homebrew however, I managed to get the ReplayMod Rendering process working without it, by simply recreating the directory /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg (creating the folders myself), and the rendering worked like a charm!
