Replay Mod Forums

After I leave my world so I can start to render all I see is an icon in the top right corner saying 'Saving Replay File'. I have waited for 10-15 and it is still showing and I can't see my recording in the replay viewer. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

I found out that this only happens when I'm not recording from the moment I go into my world. If I use the pause and start recording buttons then it doesn't save it. Is this a known bug?

How do I do that?

Look into the "logs" folder in your ".minecraft" folder. Which file in there depends on which version you're using, just look for the one which changes when you run the game.

I don't see any obvious cause for what you're describing in that log.
Does it also happen without all those third-party mods? (If so, please post the log of that)
If it doesn't, then please try to find the minimal configuration of mods which triggers the issue (ideally just RM + one third-party mod) and post the log for that.

Ah, this time it the log contains the info I was looking for. The bug appears to be the same one as the one I already know for 1.8(.9), I'll be looking into fixing it on the weekend.

Okay cool now I know it is a bug I will just leave the world and join again when I want to record a build or something. Thanks. I love the mod as it is though. It is really fun to use and really easy once you've done it a couple of times

This should be fixed with 2.2.0-b6.
