Hi there, I wanted to know if there was any way to turn off the gui such as the timeline, indicators, etc. without using F1?

The only way to hide the timeline is F1.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "indicators" but if you're referring to the 3D path preview, there should be a button (and keybinding) to toggle that which you can find by clicking the arrow in the bottom left.
