2.2.0-b2 isn't compatible with 1.14.3 when it comes to rendering. If you had looked at the ¹ attached to the "and later" on the Download page, you could have read that (including a link to a snapshot for the upcoming 2.2.0-b3 RM version which does work with rendering).
