AFAICT the download still works. Also try the "(Mirror)" link if the "Download" one doesn't work for you. If neither works for you, then be more precise in what you mean by "working" because at least one of them should and I wish to fix it if they don't.
Why you'd want to download an outdated version of the old version of the mod is beyond me though.
