    - Version of Forge
    1.8-forge1.8-11.14.4.1577

    - Version of Java
    Java 8

    - What other mods you have installed
    ToggleSneak 1.8 (v3.1.0)
    Tickrate Changer 1.8 (1.02b)
    PlayerAPI 1.8 (1.4)
    OptiFine 1.8 (HD U I7)
    Mouse Delay Fix (v1.0)

    -Also try indicate what triggers the bug/crash
    Pause menu, Skipping to a specific part.

    -If the crash/bug only occurs on a specific replay, upload the replay file and link it in your thread.
    It happens on all replays.

    -If possible, include screenshots and/or video footage (try keep it short and to the point)

    UPDATE

    After having only Replay Mod and Optifine in my mods folder, it seems to work, but IDK what mod it is that is causing that issue.

    I might have figured it out.

    It has to be my TickRate changer mod. I just tried with that mod first.
