Metadata tool doesn't like 1080p videos

I know it's not really to do with the mod itself, but, I have created a replay and rendered a video at 720p and added metadata and all is fine.
I re-render the video and make a 1080p version, but when I click inject and save, nothing happens, it makes a corrupt file (like it's still writing to it, yet it isn't) and that is all.

Is python a better way to go about adding metadata and can anyone give me a simple tutorial on it?

    Thanks

How large is your video file? I've had troubles in the past with files that were too large. You could try to use the Python script, worked fine for me even with larger files.

    It's 2.91Gb

The previous 720p one that worked was 1.34 Gb

How do you use the python script? I have no knowledge of python xD

You exported the video into mp4?

Exported into high quality mp4, just as with the 720p video.

Why do you want to import 1080p 360 video?
It will look a lot worse then 1080p.

Because 720p at highest quality level looks like this:

And so I wish for a higher resolution.

Well, just tested, and 1080p is not much better. I think you should try out a short 4K footage, if you can inject the metadata to it.

That was going to be my next step, I tried rendering a 4k and it just would not render, so nI was going to try 1080p and work my way up.
