Is it possible to use commands while in the replay viewer? I'd like to move the camera by controlled intervals, and figured the best way of doing that would be to teleport the camera around, or another technique similar to that.
No, using commands while in a replay is not possible. You can however move keyframes by controlled intervals by double-clicking them and manually editing their coordinates.
