Looks like TCNodeTracker assumes that, when connected to something, it's either Singleplayer or Multiplayer which is an incorrect assumption when the ReplayMod is installed. TCNodeTracker is clientside-only, so you should be fine if you remove it before opening any replays (and if you haven't yet started with Thaumcraft, you won't need it anyway).
Considering TCNodeTracker hasn't been updated since 2015, I'll probably include a workaround for the issue in the next ReplayMod version.
