so let's say I'm recording with replay mod how do I make it so it doesn't show a red circle on screen cause I wanna record with replay mod and record with obs at the same time I'm new at replay mod

You can disable the "Recording Indicator" in the settings GUI (easiest way to access it is via Main Menu -> Replay Viewer -> Settings).
