Apparently I did something wrong, but I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly I did wrong.

I already made a small render to see if I could do it and it worked fine. I didn't mean to change anything and as far as I know I did not, so I dn't know where to look and what to change.

Screenresolution is set to 1920x1080,

Let me know if you need more information or a screenshot of some settings! And thank you for reading :)

Make sure you're not changing the size of the Minecraft window during rendering, though that should work it sometimes messes stuff up.
With some (older) graphics cards it might also be that you cannot render stuff with a higher resolution than the one of the Minecraft window itself.
Other than that, I've no clue.
