While viewing a certain Replay, the game suddenly showed the dirt loading screen, and then says "Disconnected", with a button to go back to the server list, as if the game disconnected from a server. But as that happens the game also stops responding. This happend near the end of the replay, just after 42:12. When I relaunched Minecraft and viewed the Replay again, the same thing happened at the same time in the Replay. Also, all of the progress on a camera path I was making was lost.

I was using OptiFine alongside the ReplayMod, but looking at the log it was the ReplayMod that caused the issue. I played on 1.12.1.

    Some details:
    OS: Windows 10 Home
    Forge version: forge1.12.1-14.22.0.2456
    ReplayMod version: replaymod-1.12.1-2.0.0-b8
    OptiFine version: OptiFine_1.12.1_HD_U_C5

I looked in the game output and this is what showed up the moment it crashed (the full launcher log is below):

Now I have not been able to reproduce this bug in other replays, it only seems to be this one. It's called 2017_08_16_13_28_27. If there's anything you need from the replay itself then please tell me.

Here's everything that appeared in the launcher_log.txt file in the game directory (it's a long list):

    Spoiler: launcher_log.txt

You're using an old version of the Replay Mod. Please update to the latest version and test whether your problem remains. If it does, please upload the replay somewhere so we can try to reproduce it ourselves.

Nevermind, it's been fixed. I think it was just a weird glitch that happened when it hits the end of the replay. Now it just goes back to the beginning like normal.

Sorry for the late reply, by the way. I don't check my notifications that often here.
