Ok when i was playing i had no lag or anything. But now when i need to place the paths and everything the video like stops every 5 seconds and then in 2 seconds it continues. Im sure its not my computer.

Also i want to mention that i lag as well, even when the video is paused.

Install this mod (drop it into your mods folder). Then, whenever you start Minecraft, another small window will open which has a button labled Create Thread Dump. Press that button whenever it is frozen (not slightly before or after, it has to be while it is frozen). Copy the thread dump from the text area above the button to some pastebin site and note down the link. Repeat ~5 times, then post the links here.
Please also list all installed mods with their respective versions (best to directly pastebin the fml-client-latest.log file inside the log folder inside your .minecraft folder which will contain that list).

Alright so i made the dump thread five times and the mods that im using are:
Forge Mods,Player API, Replay mod, Auto Friend,Auto GG, keystrokes mod, autotip,toggle sneak and thread dump mod.

All mods are 1.8.

You're using an old version of the ReplayMod, make sure to update and check whether that fixes the issue (though it probably won't).

From the thread dumps it looks like MC is blocked waiting for the graphics card (driver) to do its thing (whatever it may be doing, that's always rather hard to tell). Make sure your graphics driver is up to date.
Three out of the five times, it was blocked while rendering fonts, does hiding the GUI (pressing F1) make any difference?
Other than that, I'm clueless.
