-When a replay glitches and becomes unplayable, if you join a server while trying to play the replay, you enter the server as if it was a replay.

-Can't upload the replay, it's bugged and says it's invalid.

Extra Info: When I tried to view the replay, the play button went gray and nothing happened. I went to Hypixel but realized I was playing Hypixel... but it was a replay? I was able to go into games and the server knew when I joined the mini games. I was not able to interact, however.

I've created a ticket to make sure this glitched state (free-cam on live server) will not be possible in future versions. I would strongly recommend against doing it on purpose as it may be considered cheating by Watchdog and will probably result in a ban.

Now, let's deal with the second bug, the one that prevents the replay from properly loading in the first place. Please post the contents of the fml-client-latest.log file inside the log folder inside your .minecraft folder to some pastebin site and link to the post here.

Note that this log will only contain information on the last time you started Minecraft, not any previous runs. Again, make sure you only try to open the replay, do not join any multiplayer servers while in that bugged state.

While that is the log file I was looking for, it contains the log for some wynncraft pack and doesn't mention the ReplayMod. So it's probably not the right .minecraft folder. You should be able to find the right one by starting MC and then clicking on the "Open Replay Folder.." button in the "Replay Viewer" gui.

Sorry, that's the only fml-client-latest.log I could find on my laptop.

However, this latest.log mentions replay mod... Not sure if that makes it relevant or not.

No, that log unfortunately doesn't seem to be recent (no sign of any replay being opened). Could you pastebin the Game Output shown in the launcher? That almost certainly has to be relevant.

Hmm.. that log doesn't have any indication of loading any replay either.
Before we continue debugging though, please update to the latest version (1.8.9-2.0.1) and verify that it hasn't already been fixed.

I updated to the latest replay mod. The bug hasn't been fixed yet.

Ok, next, try to remove all other mods (including Optifine, excluding MinecraftForge) to see if that makes any difference. If it does, add them back in one-by-one to see which mod made the difference.

I removed all the mods other than replay mod and tried the replay again. It still glitched... I think it has to do with the replay...?

Edit: It still said 12 mods loaded when I removed all the other mods...

If you don't know which site to use: https://filetea.me/ doesn't require any signup, has no nasty ads and no limits on file size. You do need to keep the page open in the background though until the other user has downloaded your file because it is never stored on the server.
