This doesn't look like it's caused by your GPU. It looks like either your ffmpeg installation is faulty or you've accidentally changed the command line settings to something invalid. Please post the contents of the export.log file inside your .minecraft folder to some pastebin site and link to the post here.

Yeah, looks like you accidentally changed the command line arguments. To reset them to the defaults, select and different Encoding Preset (any) and then change it back to the one you want to use.
