    Hey there!

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or just something that happens. I'm hoping someone may be able to weigh in.

I notice a line that sometimes distorts and cuts on the equirectangular images. It's almost like it's rendering the wrong frame in some spots.

It's not a deal breaker, just a little annoying. Is there a way to prevent this that I may be overlooking? Thanks :)

    Eww, yeah, that shoudn't happen.

Please post the contents of the fml-client-latest.log file inside the log folder inside your .minecraft folder to some pastebin site and link to the post here.

Note that this log will only contain information on the last time you started Minecraft, not any previous runs.

I'm looking through the log folder. I see fml-client-latest.log but it's dated from 3+ weeks ago. (Possibly the last time I used 1.12?)
    I'm using version 1.11.2.

The only log I see that's updated is "latest.log"
Which I have pasted here: https://paste.replaymod.com/lamezahaqe.md

That log doesn't mention anything about rendering.

Also, does the same happen without Optifine installed?

Same thing, yeah. The render in the original post is actually without optifine. I just installed optifine to see if it would happen with optifine installed.

It's odd, because having the camera not moving - everything is just fine. But once the camera moves it seems like part of the image is rendering a frame ahead of itself.

I'm not sure if this will help, but this is the export.log file in the .minecraft folder itself. https://paste.replaymod.com/sitalewugi.pl

Here are the settings I'm using to output.

Is there any other info I could provide that could help?

Also, just tried rendering the same scene with 1.12.1
    Same issue. Same weird line.

Edit: disregard this reply. I am a derp.

Scratch that last post. I'm a bit of an idiot. I thought I loaded Forge 1.12 - but I was still on 1.11.2

I didn't realize you can't play back old replays either.

I did a quick test with 1.12 - and everything seemed to be working alright. I didn't notice those render lines.

However, my entire video was saved with 1.11.2. So I guess I'm just going to bite bullet and live with those icky lines.
I've produced a music video in 360, and I need to get it out like yesterday haha. Hopefully it'll be up tonight. If you do figure out what's wrong with the 1.11.2 build that could cause that, please let me know. I did link an export.log file a couple posts back.

Sorry, no idea what causes this if there are no other mods installed. I can't reproduce it either.

Well that sucks, but oh well. I moved on and published the video.
For some reason everything I go to post the video in the Showcase forum, when I click "create thread", it just reloads the page, deletes what I've typed in the box, and nothing posts.

So I'll put it here, though I'd love to actually showcase it.

An original song I created, and a 360° Minecraft video to tell a story to it:
