There's nothing suspicious in that log (except that you're loading a 1.12 resource pack in 1.8 Minecraft which prints all those exceptions).
If there's a file named hs_err_pid12345.log (number may differ) in your .minecraft folder. Please pastebin its content as well.
You also seem to be using an old version of the ReplayMod.
I have 3 of those in my .minecraft folder. and im using 1.0.7 replay mod cause thats the one I saw had the most downloads so I thought it would work better
