Every time I try to export a video with Optifine Shaders 1.8.9, it always freezes at 0 frames rendered. I tried lowering the quality to see if it would work, but seems like it doesn't help. I also tried replacing Optifine Shaders with the original shaders mod (karyonix), but then it results in my Minecraft crashing. I apologize for the inconvenience, and it would be great if this problem can be resolved. Thanks

You need to provide more information! What are your render settings? What RM version are you using?
Please refer to the guide on writing an effective bug report.

    UPDATE:

I was testing around with random versions of mods, and I found out the reason why it kept freezing was due to how I used Optifine H3 instead of Optifine H7. Even though it renders awfully slow, the result is still perfect. Thank you so much for hearing me out!
