Please share the full Minecraft log with us, not only the crash - something seems messed up with your ffmpeg command line arguments.

Well, according to ffmpeg, something was wrong with the export command. It displayed

usage: ffmpeg [options] [[infile options] -i infile]... {[outfile options] outfile}...
Use -h to get full help or, even better, run 'man ffmpeg'

If it ever reoccurs, make sure to show the full game log and we'll be happy to help :)
