    so i made a time lapse with my friend and i rendered it then saved the file to my desktop but when i re watched it, it was glitched like every 10 seconds i don't know what to do please help i would very appreciate it

    When editing the video using a video editor, or uploading it to YouTube, it's probably going to look fine.
    If it's still broken, show us the video.

    I've put in the 360 / VR metadata, and the outcome didn't change...

    By the way, VLC is just a video player/editor just like movie maker, aftereffects, or iMovie
