Hello, if I'm working on a project, how can I save the keyframes, timeframes and everything else? When I click "Quit Replay Editor"
And go again all my keyframes are deleted and my object (My YouTube Logo) is a white tile.

You can press X to open up the Keyframe repository, this will let you save the current path etc.

What about the object?

Did you save your object correctly? For example, you gave it a name and defined an asset file?
Also what format is your logo in? And is it animated etc?

It's not animated. The name is just the default name. It's a PNG (Transparent)

Could you upload the replay file so we can have a look at it?

Do you have any other mods installed besides the replay mod?

Optifine

Try to uninstall Optifine and check if the solves the problem with the when texture.
