It seems like it doesn't have enough memory. I found THIS tutorial, on minecraftforum. It might help.

For some reason it does not work. :(
-I did read the How to allocate more memory for Minecraft, and when I read. I Notice at the bottom, If your giving your self more RAM then you have, it will give you a error message.
-Well lets see. I have 16 GB of Ram and other advance stuff on the computer.
-I might be complaining to the wrong people here... It`s not the Replay-Mod, It might of been that last update.(Restore Point)
-If you are able to give me answers, Please Do! :)
    -Thank you!

-Yes I was being a derp.. I din`t realize that I was using a higher version of forge..
-Thank you for your time and patience! :)
-If any of you know. What can cause minecraft to crash, without mods or forge.. Just simple plain mineraft?
-Can it be my drivers, I have them updated?
-If you do know please tell me, or give me another forum link. ;)

If your unmodded vanilla Minecraft crashes please go to the official Minecraft bug tracker and seek help there (use the search function before creating a new ticket!).
