Replay Mod 1.9 will be released just after Half Life 3.
On a serious note, 1.9 is out for two days, there is no Forge yet, asking modders to update their mods that soon may sounds rude. Please be patient and don't ask for ETA yet, especially when Forge is not released and stable enough.
