First of all, Skype is a big no-no. Do NOT ask anyone to solve a problem (from whose solution others could potentially benefit (even though nobody uses the Search function, it seems)) in private.

Please give us more information about where exactly you entered which filepath.

I created a folder on my desktop called "FFmpeg" and i extracted "ffmpeg-20160227-git-5156578-win64-static.7z" into it. Then on mc i entered "C:\Users\*****\Desktop\FFmpeg\ffmpeg-20160227-git-5156578-win64-static\bin" into the command ling settings (I put *'s to cover my name)

Please do what I asked you to do.

I see you sent me a direct message, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD YOU TO SOLVE THIS IN PUBLIC.
Therefore, I won't read your message.

Please read the documentation on how to install FFmpeg.
    You are being highly ignorant.

Sorry, but it's probably the first.
I'll be kind and explain it to you once.

Extract the .7z file, run the .bat file inside it, restart Minecraft.
Then, select MP4 - Default Rendering from the Encoding Preset dropdown before rendering, EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT SET TO THAT VALUE. This is important!

If it doesn't work, enter the Path to the extracted ffmpeg.exe (not the ffmpeg.7z!) in the LEFT, not the RIGHT input field of the Command Line Settings.
