Incorrect OptiFine setting names, see screenshots:

    My setup and configuration:
Intel H170, Intel Core i7-6700, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970, 16 GB RAM, Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Minecraft 1.12 + Mods: OptiFine, JourneyMap, Bauer Cam, Replay Mod

Uninstalling modes and Resource Packs does not help. But changing resource packs helps.

So, uninstalling ReplayMod does not solve the problem, right?

Please post the contents of the fml-client-latest.log file inside the log folder inside your .minecraft folder to some pastebin site and link to the post here.

Note that this log will only contain information on the last time you started Minecraft, not any previous runs.

According to that log, you don't have the ReplayMod installed.

No, this hasn't been fixed yet and is quite low priority.
As a workaround, you can add -Dreplaymod.offline=true to the Java Arguments in the Minecraft Launcher (same place where you add stuff to increase memory, separate by a single space if there's already stuff in the field). That'll disable language file updates though, so if you're making use one of the translations, it'll not receive any updates and be stuck at the time of the last release (not too big of a deal as those updates aren't frequent anyway).
