When setting up a panoramic, the last camera/time point set doesn't de-select when syncing the timelines, so clicking on the 'set point' actually de-select the last one instead of selecting a new one. To de-select the point need to click on the timeline.

When 'syncing' the timelines, the last camera position/time position (the last one you set) remain selected.

Already tried without optifine it does the same thing.
