This bug has been plaguing all of my recordings and it's been making the replay mod practically unusable.

It happens basically throughout the whole thing but I know for sure it's at 46:30 if you teleport to Nightreaper77 and watch.
I'm in forge 1.8.9 and using 2.0.1 of the replay mod. The glitch only happens when the clip is longer than about 2 minutes.

Thanks for reporting this bug and for directly attaching the replay. I was able to reproduce and fix it.
Because we've just released 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 might still be some time away, here's a jar which contains that fix: https://i.johni0702.de/replaymod-1.8.9-2.0.1-fix93.jar

Some internals have changed between 1.8.9 and 1.10.2, let me know whether that fix still works: https://i.johni0702.de/replaymod-1.10.2-2.0.1-fix93.jar
